If you've been looking at screen shots of Windows Mobile 6.1 you may have noticed that the default theme now sports a flat title bar on top. You don't need to update to 6.1 to get this though. Just a simple registry key can get you that 6.1 look you always wanted.

Things you need:
Windows Mobile Professional device
Registry Editor
Color codes

Step 1:
Using your registry editor navigate to the following key:
Step 2:
Create a new binary value

Name = Color_TitleFlatCenter
Value = XX XX XX 00 [where XX XX XX is the color code]
Step 3:
Soft Reset and you are done!

Create a new binary value
