Basically the PCO is tasked to make sure that the business is complying to the laws of the land in regards to the environment. The good... There are laws in place for safe guarding our air, water, land quality. That's AWESOME! Captain Planet is getting a big boost. The bad... It seems that this seminar is focused more on MONEY. I don't know why I am surprised it's government. Most of the compliance discussions have been about getting permits, fines, penalties. I could not take it anymore so I asked the lecturer. What could we do to bring down emissions and minimize waste water.
