Worst steak ever #kegaw kasi
Too much kegaw, not enough common sense on my part. Note to readers do not use beef shank for steak. Leave that for Bulalo or other hearty soups that require the meat to be cooked slowly & for a long time. Well at least I got a bone marrow pan de sal out of this whole ordeal. I'm going to pry stuck meat & tendons from my teeth now.
