Exercise: a 1.8km walk from Greenhills Shopping Center to our house. Average Speed = 3km/h. Top Speed = 7km/h. Travel time took 30 minutes.

Pigout: a big & fat juicy lamb chop for dinner.

I can't say I'm overly tired but I did work up a bit of a sweat since it's kinda hot and humid here in Manila.

Coron Labor Day Weekend Getaway

The weather wasn’t as cooperative as we would’ve liked but I think we made the most of it :D [waiting for our flight to Busuanga] We went to the saltwater hot spring, island hoping, and had a whole lot of fun at Loralee’s luau.
