Party Report|BIGFISH pts.Godskitchen Global Dance ft. DJ Tall Paul

Checked out Godskitchen Global Dance last Saturday at the Philtrade Center (Roxas cor Buendia) anyway we arrived just in time for Tall Paul to get on deck. Definitely a veteran DJ he worked the crowd like the pro that he is and I mean people were moving almost non-stop. A really fun and entertaining event here's how I ranked the event (each category out of 5 's)

Venue/Parking: The venue was ok, it was a little warm though I think Le Pavillion would have been a nicer venue, however I think that's a non-smoking facility so I'm glad it wasn't held there , Parking was not really a problem for us cause we hitched a ride with some friends however I did notice that Philtrade had little or no dedicated parking for their patrons. Most of the cars were on the streets which is not uncommon but well it would have been nice if there was a dedicated parking lot.

Ticket Price: 600 bucks is ok for this type of event IMO.

Music: As I said Tall Paul rocked the house! Fantastic Music!!!!
Visuals/Decor: alot of adverts from the sponsors but basically ok. I did notice one of the 'stars' fall off the ceiling of the venue though hopefully it didn't hit anyone.

Crowd: alot of kiddies who throw caution to the wind an ok crowd though very responsive to the music. Although I'm sure there were quite a few people who went there as scavengers (which is not really unnatural for such events) I mean I'm sure alot of ass-grabbers, celphone snatchers, and pick pockets hit the jackpot last Saturday. Be careful when you go to such events, don't be flashy always look out for your friends (especially the girls) be aware of your surroundings and belongings.

Drinks:
As expected drinks were expensive and hard to get.

Security:
alot of bouncers which aren't actually deterrents to unsavory characters.

Overall: fantastic event!

Really sorry I couldn't bring you any photos or videos of the event I decided it was best to leave my digicam in the car.
