Waiting for My Next Mobile

I'm waiting for my next mobile. Looking at HTC's TyTN II or maybe the new iPAQ line. I'd definitely want a QWERTY bar PocketPC phone but am not sure if the new iPAQs are any good. Maybe I should wait for real world reviews. They look damn hot on the spec sheets though.
