Need Help: Stolen 15.4” MB Pro S/N: W8845BW01GA | Reward: 25,000.00 PhP

I am helping a friend recover a stolen MacBook Pro.

It was stolen last Friday (09-Jan-09) evening at Puregold Shaw Parking Lot in Manadaluyong City. There is a reward of PhP 25,000.00 for any help recovering the system.

    The person who answers this cell number was trying to sell the Macbook Pro for Php25k. He says he's in Palawan and that a person who wants to buy the Mac should send him money and then that's when he'll send it. He also says the unit was bought in Brazil and was given to him by an uncle. He does seem to be in Puerto Princesa since he kept asking if I could see the unit there. I wasn't able to get his name though.

    He took down his ad in TIpidpc.com already but another member there posted a warning to those who may be interested in the computer. That's when I became sure, after seeing all your posts, that the unit was, indeed stolen.
