Sending unsolicited SMS is not cool & makes me dislike Binay even more!

Is Binay seriously trying to take credit for the distribution of
dividends when the money came from members & employers contributions?
Binay has zero shame.

Is the VPs office using taxpayers money to send out these spam SMS?
