Curfew Backlash

The mall isn't even open yet and people are already milling about here at GSC. Police visibility + K9 units are everywhere. I'm uncertain if this makes me feel much more secure or not the popo's in the Philippines are NO WHERE near as professional as other law and order units in the rest of the world.
