darkness upon me

even the wind blows softly

darkness leave me be

It's been years since I've written poetry. I'm not even sure if this is proper haiku format. The last time I wrote was in high school (10 years ago!) I felt absolutely nerdy when 2 or 3 of my poems were featured and I was invited to poetry reading night. At that time I was struggling with adolescent problems, writing seemed to help a bit. Hoping that it will help me now as an adult, with adult sized problems...
