Here's a really simple trick for those who surf frequently on their devices...
What you need:
1. Text Editor [Notepad works fine]
2. Basic HTML [Google is your friend]

Ok... Let's do this...! [YOU MAY CLICK ON THE IMAGES TO ENLARGE THEM!]

01. Make a New Text Document

02. Hit F2 and Rename it + change the extension to HTML

03. Make sure you allow the change

04. Right click on your HTML file and Open with Notepad

05. Follow this template to add your favorite sites

--
06. It will look like this on IE

--
07. Copy it to your device [I've placed it on my Storage Card]

08. Tapping on the file will open Pocket Internet Explorer

09. Tap Menu > Options > General [tab] > Home page > Use Current and your set

And your done... play around with your HTML some more to customize it :)

I've added the time and date on mine.
